The Charles W. & Patricia S. Bidwill Foundation exists because Stormy and Tiscia believed that opportunity and compassion could change lives. The Foundation is rooted in their shared conviction that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive — regardless of the circumstances they were born into.
Stormy's generosity was grounded first in his deep Catholic faith, and in values he carried through every part of his life: service, integrity, personal accountability, and an unwavering commitment to others. Alongside Tiscia, they built a Foundation designed not simply to give, but to uplift — to partner with organizations doing meaningful, transformative work in their communities, and to stand behind the people leading that work.
Throughout its history, the Foundation's Board and staff have carried their memory into every grant, every partnership, and every young life touched by the schools and programs we support. Stormy and Tiscia’s legacy — and the vision they built together — lives on in the hope and opportunity we continue to create for generations to come.
